Spent today at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. It was the usual RenFaire experience: Ate way too much food, watched several energetic 20-minute Shakespeare productions (notably a nice Henry V and a played-for-laughs Titus Andronicus complete with blood squibs), and for once in my life liked mimes: This year they had a couple guys in white greasepaint playing statues that came to life when you put money in their buckets. The music overall was not as good as last year's Faire, whem they had the great Clann an Drumma there. But still a wonderful day after all.
