Rotten day. There was a very nasty auto accident a few hundred yards from my house around the time the bars closed, and I was awakened at 2:30 AM by a helicopter landing in the Jewish cemetery not far from my house to medevac some poor bastard to HUP. I couldn't fall back asleep the rest of the night. I am really looking forward to driving up to my brother's lake house this weekend and the Vermont foliage. I need to get away.
